As of May 31, 2020, the Qatar Distribution Company (QDC) has been appointment-only due to COVID-19 regulations. Those who already have a valid permit can schedule an appointment to go shopping through text message (SMS), and new applications and renewals can be sent to the QDC Permit Office via email. On June 16th, we switched to an online system for scheduling appointments and processing permits. Appointments scheduled through SMS or approved via email are currently unavailable.
